Cancellation policy

At PupVital, we offer flexible purchase options so keeping your dog stocked up is easy. This policy explains how our subscription and recurring orders work, and how to cancel or make changes.

Our Subscription Option

When you choose a subscription purchase option at checkout, you'll receive your PupVital chews automatically on a recurring schedule. You'll be charged for each order at the time it's processed, using your saved payment method, until you cancel.

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time — there are no long-term commitments and no cancellation fees. Once you cancel, you won't be charged for any future orders.

How to Cancel or Make Changes

You can manage your subscription by logging into your account, or by emailing us at info@trypupvital.com. From there you can cancel, skip a delivery, change how often you receive orders, or update your shipping and payment details.

Timing of Your Cancellation

To stop your next order, please cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled renewal or billing date. If an upcoming order has already entered our fulfillment system (within 2 hours of processing), it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still cancel all future orders so you won't be charged again.

Renewal Reminders

Where required, we'll send you a reminder before your subscription renews so you always know what's coming. We recommend keeping an eye on these emails so you can make any changes in time.

Refunds

Cancelling stops future charges but doesn't automatically refund an order that has already been processed. If you'd like a refund on a recent order, our 90-day Return and Refund Policy still applies — just reach out and we'll help.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
