Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimums, no hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.
Order Processing
Once you place your order, our team prepares it within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.
Business Days
Please note that all order processing and shipping happen on business days only — Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframe
After your order has been processed, delivery takes 5–7 business days. All orders ship on the same timeframe regardless of destination. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send you tracking information by email so you can follow its progress.
Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at info@trypupvital.com and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.
