At PupVital, we want you and your dog to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Our 90-Day Guarantee

You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund. If you're not satisfied with your PupVital chews for any reason, reach out and we'll take care of you.

How to Request a Refund

To start a return, email us at info@trypupvital.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply with instructions on how to send your items back.

Please don't send products back before contacting us — returns need to be approved first so we can process them correctly.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it. Just email info@trypupvital.com as soon as possible. After 2 hours, the order has already entered our fulfillment system and can no longer be cancelled, but you're still covered by our 90-day refund policy once it arrives.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@trypupvital.com. In these cases we cover the cost of return shipping and will send a replacement or full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (change of mind or general dissatisfaction), you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping your items back to us. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

When You'll Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll issue your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. Customers in the UK, Australia, and Canada may have additional statutory rights regarding faulty goods and cancellation periods, which apply in addition to the guarantee described above.
